Motet
Duration: ~6 Minutes
Motet is an orchestral treatment of the slow movement of the same name from my Saxophone Quartet (2005). The title is not meant to suggest a strict adherance to techniques of composing a Motet of the 15th century or any other period. Rather, it simply refers to some of the textural and contrapuntal characteristics of a choral motet in general.
